Aqua-Chem

  • Prepare and carry out welding work on site or in the workshop, applying the appropriate techniques.
  • Install and assemble mechanical and hydraulic equipment in compliance with technical and regulatory specifications.
  • Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic failures.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Inspect, test, and commission installations.
  • Comply with hygiene, safety, and environmental rules on site.
  • Report to management on the condition of installations.
  • Participate in maintenance reviews.
  • Draft intervention reports to document the work carried out.
  • Proficiency in welding processes (TIG, MIG, electric arc) and knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and possession of relevant certifications (electrical, CACES, CATEC) is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of assembling hydraulic equipment, stainless steel piping, reading plans, and welding various materials.
